almost there

well i just got back from orientation, and in case you havent seen my profile, heres what an hour of frenzied work got me for first quarter at OSU

Freshmen Survey Course H100 M-F 8:30-9:18
-planning course required of all freshmen

Philosophy H101 MW 9:30-11:18
-couldn't fit in psychology, but i suppose this
will suffice

Classical Mythology 222 M-F 11:30-12:18
-"Origins and attributes of the Greek and
Roman gods and goddesses, their mythology
and its influence on Western culture"
sounds sweet, no?

Mathematics 152 M-F 2:30-3:15
-Calculus and Analytic Geometry II

i couldn't fit in honors psychology or sign language for this quarter, but from now on ill have priority scheduling, (and no, i didnt for this quarter, all because i had to go on vacation during honors orientations) so i should have no problem scheduling them for winter quarter

thats about it, catch ya all later

oh gasp, im posting

well i just got back from luther, after spending 3.5 out of the 5 hours back sleeping. now, for the first time in a few weeks, i might have gotten enough sleep.

but probably not.

anyway, luther was this past week, and was everything i needed and wanted, prominent among those things being rest. (as opposed to sleep. as i said, that was in short supply.) it was nice being the camper for once, instead of serving them. as much as i love kirkwood, i really, really needed a break.

tennessee was the week before. also a break, if not a restful one. lots of rain. lots. as in far, far more than a little. thank you danny for liking copperhill so much that you wanted to spend a whole week there with us.

but we got some work done, which was the point after all. and some rafting in the freezing cold water and the heavy rain. good times, and i say that without a trace of sarcasm.

well, in short, thats what ive been up to. life is good, fill of things to do and people to them with. what else can you ask for, eh?

in a moment of silence

well im home from kirkwood for a while, so i thought i should post. that and i really dont have much to do at the moment. i would give you all a nice summary of what ive been doing lately, but the general stuff doesnt change and ive already told all who might care about the specifics.

i have my grandmothers visitation here in a couple hours. she died last thursday for those who have been out of the loop. funeral tomorrow, then im back to work, abiet only for two days. then tennessee, luther, and back to work. such is my life, exciting and wonderful as it is.

and no, that was not completely sarcastic, only marginally so.
